Agni

Agni is a fundamental principle in Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine. Agni is often translated as “fire,” but it represents much more than just the physical element of fire. It is the principle of transformation and metabolism, the force that drives all change in the body and mind. Agni is also the energy of transformation in the gaps.

Agni is present in every cell of our body, governing all metabolic activities. It is responsible for digestion, absorption, assimilation, and transformation of food into energy. It’s not just limited to the process of physical digestion, it also encompasses all our mental and emotional processes.

In a broader sense, Agni represents the light of consciousness, the divine spark within us that illuminates our mind and fuels our life force. It is through the light of Agni that we are able to perceive, understand, and interact with the world around us. Nurturing our Agni, therefore, is crucial for maintaining our physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual well-being. For additional information about Agni, please see my Knowledge Base entry for Agni.

Ajna/Third Eye Chakra

Associated with the pineal gland. our inner potential accesses information; where Divine wisdom is processed, enabling the conscious mind to connect Divinity & individuality.the Ajna Chakra, also known as the third eye chakra, as a powerful center of consciousness located in the middle of the forehead, slightly above the space between the eyebrows. It is associated with intuition, insight, and inner wisdom.

This chakra is often seen as a gateway to higher consciousness and spiritual insight, allowing us to access our inner guidance and perceive things beyond the physical plane. When balanced, it can help us see clearly, both in a literal and metaphorical sense, cutting illusions and accessing deeper truths.

In energy healing, working with the Ajna Chakra can involve practices aimed at opening and balancing this energy center, such as meditation, visualization, and certain breathing exercises. This can help enhance intuitive abilities, improve mental clarity, and promote a greater sense of spiritual connection.

It’s important to note that my understanding and approach to working with the Ajna Chakra may differ from other energy healers. Each person’s experience with this chakra can be unique, and it’s always beneficial to approach this work with an open mind and a willingness to explore your own personal experiences.

For more detailed information on the Ajna Chakra, you might find this article from my website helpful: Third Eye Chakra

Akashic Record

The Akashic Record is  a vast, energetic archive of every individual’s thoughts, feelings, actions, and experiences, past, present, and future. The term ‘Akasha’ is a Sanskrit word that means ‘sky’, ‘space’, or ‘ether’, and it represents the fifth element in Eastern spiritual traditions.

The Akashic Records are not physical books or documents but rather are encoded in the non-physical plane of existence known as the etheric level. They are often described as a library, a universal supercomputer, or the ‘Mind of God’. They contain the information of every soul or being in the cosmos.

Accessing the Akashic Records can provide insights into past lives, present challenges, and future possibilities. It’s like having access to a cosmic Google, where we can explore any aspect of our existence. However, it’s important to approach this exploration with respect, integrity, and a genuine desire for growth and understanding. For a healing involving the Akashic Record, please see this video.

Algorithm

A process or a set of rules to be followed in overcoming problems. Energy healing algorithm works by identifying little packages of discord. Based upon the ability to move awareness away from the field of outward sensory perception to the inner realm of pure experience of Self. Locate the package of discord, offer it to Being. From Being the antidote will present itself. Here is a video about the healing algorithm and how to use it.

Amygdala

The amygdala is a small, almond-shaped structure in the brain that plays a crucial role in our emotional responses and memory. It’s part of the limbic system, which is involved in many of our emotions and motivations, particularly those related to survival.

The amygdala is responsible for processing emotions such as fear, anger, and pleasure. It’s also involved in the “fight or flight” response, a physiological reaction that occurs in response to a perceived harmful event, attack, or threat to survival. This response prepares the body to either confront or flee from potential harm.

The amygdala plays a key role in forming and storing memories associated with emotional events. It’s particularly involved in the consolidation of fear-related memories.

It’s important to note that while the amygdala plays a significant role in our emotional responses, it doesn’t work alone. It’s part of a complex network of brain structures that work together to help us interpret and respond to the world around us.

Ancestral Archives

The energy structure of DNA: enter only for the good of all beings  A collection of all the energies, experiences, wisdom, and patterns that have been passed down through our family lines. This archive is not just a record of our physical ancestry, but also a record of our spiritual and energetic heritage.

The ancestral archive is both a physical and subtle energy structure. On a physical level, it is represented by our DNA, which carries the genetic information from all our ancestors. On a subtle level, it is represented by our consciousness, which carries the memories, beliefs, and patterns of our ancestors.

Accessing the ancestral archive can provide us with deep insights into our own nature and potential. It can help us understand and heal patterns that have been passed down through generations. It can also connect us with the wisdom and strength of our ancestors, empowering us to live more fully and authentically.

It’s important to approach this exploration with respect, compassion, and a genuine desire for healing and growth. The ancestral archive is a sacred space, and accessing it is a profound act of love and honor for our ancestors and for ourselves.

Ancestral Field

The Ancestral Field is an energetic field that contains all the information, experiences, wisdom, and patterns from our ancestors. This field is not just a record of our physical lineage, but also a record of our spiritual and energetic heritage.

The ancestral field is like a vast library of our family’s history, containing the stories, lessons, traumas, and triumphs of our ancestors. It’s a living field, constantly evolving and influencing our lives in ways we may not always be aware of.

Accessing the ancestral field can provide us with deep insights into our own nature and potential. It can help us understand and heal patterns that have been passed down through generations. It can also connect us with the wisdom and strength of our ancestors, empowering us to live more fully and authentically.

It’s important to approach this exploration with respect, compassion, and a genuine desire for healing and growth. The ancestral field is a sacred space, and accessing it is a profound act of love and honor for our ancestors and for ourselves.

Archetype

In the context of energy healing, archetypes are universal patterns or models of behavior that are located in the causal field. These archetypes can manifest in various forms such as symbols, themes, or characters that appear across cultures and throughout history.

Archetypes can serve as a kind of blueprint for certain types of experiences or states of being. For example, the “Mother” archetype might represent nurturing, caring, and unconditional love, while the “Warrior” archetype might symbolize courage, strength, and determination.

In energy healing, recognizing and working with these archetypes can be a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation. By understanding the archetypal energies that are at play in our lives, we can gain deeper insight into our behaviors, motivations, and challenges. This can help us align more closely with our true nature and facilitate healing on multiple levels.

For more information on archetypes, you might find this article from my website helpful: Archetypes.

Attention

The cognitive process of selectively concentrating on one aspect of the environment while ignoring other things. It’s the ability to focus our mental resources on specific information while filtering out or minimizing distractions. Attention is not just about what we are focusing on, but also what we are choosing to ignore or overlook. It’s a dynamic process that can be influenced by many factors, including our interests, our emotions, and our physical state. Attention is a limited resource, and how we choose to allocate it can greatly impact our understanding of the world and our interactions with others. It’s important to remember that paying attention is an active choice, and it requires effort and intentionality.

Awareness

That aspect of our consciousness that is pure Source material; able to flow in and out of Source; pure wakefulness. It is the ability to perceive, feel, or be conscious of events, objects, thoughts, emotions, or sensory patterns. It is the state or quality of being cognizant or aware of one’s surroundings, one’s own thoughts and feelings, and the thoughts and feelings of others. Awareness is not just about recognizing what is happening around us, but also understanding the deeper causes and effects of what is happening within us. It is about diving deep into the root of our experiences and symptoms, and addressing them at their core. This level of functioning is extremely powerful and can lead to profound healing and transformation. It is a process of continuous learning and growth, and it requires honesty, openness, and courage.

Blocks/Imbalances

In the context of energy healing, I perceive blocks and imbalances as disruptions or disturbances in the natural flow of life force or consciousness within an individual. These disruptions can occur in any layer of the physiology, be it physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.

They often manifest as areas where energy is stagnant or not flowing freely. They can be caused by a variety of factors, including unresolved emotions, traumas, belief systems, or even physical issues such as toxins injuries. These blocks can prevent us from fully expressing our potential and can often lead to discomfort or disease.

Imbalances, on the other hand, refer to a lack of equilibrium or harmony in the energy systems of the body. This could mean an excess or deficiency of energy in certain areas, or a disharmony between different aspects of the self. Imbalances can affect our well-being and can manifest in various ways, including physical ailments, emotional instability, mental confusion, or a sense of spiritual disconnection.

In my work, I aim to identify and address these blocks and imbalances, facilitating a return to natural balance and free flow of energy. By doing so, we enable the body’s innate healing abilities and support the individual in their journey towards greater health, wholeness, and self-realization.

Body Blueprint

The Body Blueprint is the perfect, divine template for your health and well-being. It’s like an energetic map or design that holds the information for your highest potential in terms of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

It reflects your unique journey and experiences, and it carries the imprint of your soul’s purpose and potential. It’s a dynamic, living matrix of information that guides the growth, repair, and functioning of your body at every level.

When we experience illness or discomfort, it can often be because our current state of being has deviated from this blueprint. Blocks, imbalances, or disharmonies can cause us to stray from this ideal state of health and wholeness.

In my work as an energy healer, one of my aims is to help individuals realign with their Body Blueprint. By clearing blocks and imbalances and by bringing consciousness to areas of the physiology that have strayed from this blueprint, we can support the body’s natural healing processes and promote a return to optimal health and well-being.

Body Elemental

The Body Elemental is a kind of overseeing intelligence of your body. This intelligence is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of your physical form.

The Body Elemental is present from the time of gestation and typically stays with the body for the entire lifetime. Initially, during the formation of the body in utero, the placenta serves as its first vehicle. After birth, it continues to stay with the body in an energetic form, operating at the causal through emotional levels for the rest of the individual’s life.

Imagine being enveloped by a field of intelligence that is solely dedicated to your optimal health and well-being. That’s the Body Elemental. It assumes specific resonances or impulses of intelligence, creating a protective covering around you. Your physical form exists within this covering, which can take on any resonance or energy frequency you need in order to progress on your evolutionary path.

Having a functional relationship with this aspect of ourselves is essential for our health and longevity. The Body Elemental is a very important relationship in our lives, as it plays a crucial role in keeping our bodies well.

Chakra

Chakras are energy centers located within the body. They are subtle and dense energies swirling together, creating a vortex of energy that interacts with our physical and energetic bodies.

Each chakra corresponds to specific aspects of our consciousness and has its unique characteristics and functions. They serve as a bridge between the physical and subtle realms, helping to regulate the flow of energy and information between these different levels of our being.

I identify six earth chakras, seven body chakras, five heaven chakras. Each of these chakras plays a vital role in maintaining our overall health and well-being. When our chakras are balanced and functioning optimally, we experience greater harmony, vitality, and wholeness.

However, it’s important to note that our chakras can become blocked or imbalanced due to various factors such as stress, trauma, or negative belief patterns. These imbalances can lead to various physical, emotional, or spiritual issues. As an energy healer, part of my work involves identifying and addressing these imbalances, helping to restore balance and promote optimal energy flow.

For more detailed information on this topic, you might find it helpful to explore the Chakras section in the Knowledge Base.

Conscience

Conscience is our personal anchor to divine Truth, Will of God, and righteousness; ideally the means for choosing what to purify and what to integrate. It is our moral guide. Conscience is the inner sense of what is right and wrong in one’s conduct or motives, impelling one toward right action. It’s the part of our inner being that guides our actions and decisions based on our moral and ethical values. Conscience is not just about knowing what right or wrong, but also about feeling a sense of responsibility to act accordingly. It’s the voice within us that encourages us to act with integrity, honesty, and compassion, even when no one else is watching. It’s important to remember that our conscience is shaped by many factors, including our upbringing, our experiences, and our spiritual beliefs. Listening to and honoring our conscience is a vital part of living a life of authenticity and integrity.

Consciousness

Consciousness is the most fundamental aspect of existence including both the expressed, ever-changing material reality (in time and space) and the unexpressed, eternal Source of everything (beyond time and space). Consciousness is all there is. In human terms, consciousness is the wakefulness that enables one to know and experience.  the state of being aware and able to think and perceive, a state of understanding and realizing something. It is the essence of our being, the observer behind all our experiences. Consciousness is not limited to our physical body or our mind, but extends beyond them, connecting us with the larger universe. It is the underlying field of intelligence and awareness that permeates everything in existence. This field of consciousness is not just passive, but active and dynamic, constantly evolving and adapting. It is through this field of consciousness that we are able to perceive, understand, and interact with the world around us. Understanding and exploring this field of consciousness is a lifelong journey, one that can lead to profound insights and transformations.

Cord of light/The Sacred Cord

The Cord of Light is one of the body’s many energetic structures. This great meridian manifests at the astral level of the body, yet it influences the whole structure – from the causal to the physical. All manifest structures in creation, from the very smallest to the very largest, have cords of light running through them.

The Cord of Light is also known as the crystal cord, silver cord, or hora line. These names are all given to the largest energy meridian that runs through the body. Through it, pure consciousness flows into and out of the body.

It is a naga, which extends from infinity to infinity. This means that one end is anchored in the silent Source of Creation, while the other end – like a river running to the ocean – is anchored in the Center Sun (the heart of our Universe.)

The Cord of Light serves as an anchor of life. It is vastly older than the physical body in its present form. It originates in the silent Source of Creation and enters the body through the crown chakra.

For more detailed information on this topic, you might find it helpful to explore the Cord of Light section in the Knowledge Base.

Cycle of Evolution/Cosmic Dance/Divine Dialogue

The Cycle of Evolution, the Cosmic Dance, or the Divine Dialogue is a cyclic journey, a loop (from home to home, transformed), characterized by emergence, purification & reabsorption into Being. The means by which Source creates; inward and outward strokes oscillate between unmanifest & manifest; promotes evolution through transformation; is fundamental to energy healing. from seed to seed—

        Outward Stroke

  1. Expansion -impulse emerges from Source (separation)

and expands (until it loses connection w/ Source)

        Inward Stroke

        2. Purification- eliminates what fails to reflect the truth of Totality

        3. Integration – keeps what reflects the truth of Totality

Impulse returns to Source, rests in silence.

then re-emerges refined & more aligned with divine intention.

The Divine Dialogue is the ongoing communication between your individual consciousness and the infinite field of pure consciousness, or the Divine. This dialogue is a two-way exchange, a conversation that is constantly taking place within you, whether you’re consciously aware of it or not.

The Divine Dialogue is not limited to words or thoughts. It can take many forms, including feelings, sensations, intuitions, dreams, and synchronicities. It’s a dynamic process that involves both listening and expressing, receiving and giving, absorbing and radiating.

The Divine Dialogue is not something that happens only in meditation or prayer. It’s a continuous process that permeates every moment of our lives. The more we open to it, the more we can experience the richness, depth, and beauty of our existence.

For more insights into this topic, you might find it helpful to explore the Divine Dialogue section in the Knowledge Base.

Density:  Levels of the Body (Individual)

Physical Body The physical body is not just as a biological entity, but is a dynamic field of intelligence and energy. It’s the most dense expression of our multidimensional self, and it serves as a vehicle for our consciousness to interact with the physical world. It’s a precious gift, deserving of your care, respect, and love.

The physical body is a miraculous creation, intricately designed and perfectly equipped to support our journey through life. It’s a living, breathing manifestation of our consciousness, reflecting our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and experiences.

The physical body is an ally in our healing journey. It communicates with us constantly, providing valuable feedback about our overall well-being. Symptoms of discomfort or disease are often the body’s way of signaling that there’s an imbalance or blockage that needs our attention.

Through energy healing, we can learn to listen to these signals more deeply, to understand their underlying messages, and to address the root causes of our physical issues. By doing so, we can support our body in its natural healing processes and promote greater health, vitality, and harmony.

For more insights into this topic, you might find it helpful to explore the Physical Body section in the Knowledge Base.

Etheric/Dream Body The etheric body is a subtle layer of our being that usually exists in the same region and just beyond the physical body. It’s slightly less dense than the physical body but still has form, and it can stretch a few inches beyond the physical body.

The etheric body is often described as a kind of blueprint or template for the physical body. It holds the energetic patterns and information that guide the growth, repair, and functioning of the physical body. When we experience physical issues, it’s often because there’s an imbalance in the etheric body that’s manifesting on the physical level.

By bringing awareness to this level of our being, we can identify and address the deeper causes of our physical issues, supporting the body’s natural healing processes and promoting greater health and well-being.

It has organs, tissues etc made only of energy and extends beyond the skin by 2-4 inches on average. It registers temperature, sensation—like pain in an amputated limb; and is fluid and flexible; It can be flagged by exploitative micro-invaders and implanted by toxic energies as discordant feelings– forms corrupted by stress and ancestral misconceptions.

You are a multi-dimensional being, and your health and well-being depend on the harmony and balance of all these different levels of your being. By understanding and caring for your etheric body, you can support your overall health and vitality.

For more detailed information on this topic, you might find it helpful to explore the Etheric Body section in the Knowledge Base.

Mental Body The mental body is more subtle than the etheric body. It’s a subtle layer of our being that is associated with our thoughts, beliefs, and mental processes. It’s a field of consciousness where our cognitive functions such as reasoning, perception, and intuition take place.

The mental body is not confined to the brain or the physical body; it extends beyond it, forming an energetic field around each of us. This field is constantly interacting with our environment, absorbing and radiating information.

Imbalances or blocks in the mental body can manifest as mental health issues, cognitive difficulties, or limiting belief systems. By bringing awareness to the mental body and addressing these imbalances, we can support mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

You are more than your thoughts. Your mental body is a tool for understanding and navigating the world, but it does not define who you are. By cultivating a healthy relationship with your mental body, you can harness its power without becoming entangled in its processes.

For more detailed information on this topic, you might find it helpful to explore the Mental Body section in the Knowledge Base.

Emotional Body The emotional body is one of the subtle layers of our being that is associated with our feelings, desires, and emotions. It is deeper than the mental body.and where our emotional responses and reactions are generated and experienced.

The emotional body is not confined to the physical body; it extends beyond it, forming an energetic field around us. This field is constantly interacting with our environment, absorbing and radiating emotional information.

I often find that imbalances or blocks in the emotional body can manifest as emotional instability, repressed emotions, or emotional trauma. By bringing awareness to the emotional body and addressing these imbalances, we can support emotional balance, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

Your emotions are a valuable part of your human experience. They provide important feedback about your interactions with the world around you. By cultivating a healthy relationship with your emotional body, you can navigate your emotions with greater ease and understanding.

For more detailed information on this topic, you might find it helpful to explore the Emotional Body section in the Knowledge Base.

Density:  Levels of the Body (Collective)

Astral Body Densest of the subtle levels of self, unbounded by space & time, the astral body is one of the subtle expressions of self. Due to its abstract nature, the astral body is experienced as one of the collective levels of self. That means it includes all the ancestors, past lives, as well as the reality of your microbiome, and much of your personal environment.

Consciousness appears as threads at this level of self. The threads within the astral body interface with the threads of the web of life. These threads or channels of the astral body allow a person to energetically connect with the rest of this Universe.

At first glance, the astral body appears to be a turning torus. It has the capability to expand and contract with some practice. The sacred cord forms the inner core of the astral body.

Imbalances or blocks in the astral body can manifest as various issues on the physical, emotional, or mental levels. By bringing awareness to the astral body and addressing these imbalances, we can support overall well-being and spiritual growth.

For more detailed information on this topic, you might find it helpful to explore the Astral Body section in the Knowledge Base.

Causal/Celestial Body The causal body as the deepest level of the manifest self. It’s a field of pure potentiality, located close to the field of Pure Divine Being. We can experience it as the finest level of feeling. Causal body intelligence is responsible for implementing the resources which arise from the Source of creation. It.includes angels, ascended masters, archetypes, saints; field of radiant light beings; where the core of evolution and energy healing take place.

The causal body is apportioned into discrete spaces through the intelligence of the heart and mind. These spaces hum within themselves. The size and shape of the space determines the nature of the vibration, or tone, produced by the causal area. The nature of the vibration determines the detail of what arises from this causal area.

Multiple causal spaces are usually active at any moment, while a large portion of the causal realm remains quietly folding back into the Silence of Being. The resonation of these causal spaces interact to create a symphony of effects in our lives. Resonations of the causal body form the scaffolding upon which we build subtle structures such as beliefs, feelings and paradigms. These in turn help us understand life experience.

In my work, I often find that imbalances or blocks in the causal body can manifest as various issues on the physical, emotional, or mental levels. By bringing awareness to the causal body and addressing these imbalances, we can support overall well-being and spiritual growth.

Remember, you are a multi-dimensional being, and your health and well-being depend on the harmony and balance of all these different levels of your being. By understanding and caring for your causal body, you can support your overall health and vitality.

For more detailed information on this topic, you might find it helpful to explore the Causal Body section in the Knowledge Base.

Source: Being, Totality, Unmanifest The Source of Creation as the infinite field of pure consciousness or pure potentiality from which all life arises. It’s the ultimate reality, the ground of being, the essence of everything that exists. It is the source, course and goal of all life; the fountainhead of all healing, absolute, beneficent, unmanifest, unbounded, silent, eternal, unchanging, all positive. It has two levels: dynamic silence and pure/resting silence

The Source of Creation is not separate from us; it’s the very foundation of our being. It’s the silent, unmanifest level of existence that underlies and permeates all manifest forms and phenomena. It’s the home of all the laws of nature, the reservoir of all knowledge and all possibilities.

It is useful to connect more deeply with the Source of Creation, to tap into its infinite wisdom, love, and healing potential. By doing so, we can awaken to our true nature, align with our highest potential, and facilitate profound healing and transformation.

You are not separate from the Source of Creation; you are an expression of it. Your true nature is pure consciousness, pure potentiality. By recognizing and embodying this truth, you can live with greater freedom, joy, and fulfillment.

For more insights into this topic, you might find it helpful to explore the Source of Creation section in the Knowledge Base.

Dharma

Dharma is the natural and harmonious way of being that’s with the universal laws and one’s life purpose. It is a Sanskrit term often translated as “duty,” “righteousness,” or “moral law,” but its meaning is more nuanced and profound. It is an indomitable force of nature that sustains harmony and order, supporting the evolution of life. It is built on four legs, or principles: Truth, Purity, Compassion and Austerity. In the present time,  Kali Yuga, we depend primarily on Truth.

Dharma can be seen as the path that leads us to our highest potential and deepest fulfillment. It involves understanding our unique role in the grand scheme of things and acting according to that understanding. When we live our Dharma, we are in harmony with our true nature and the universe, which can promote balance, health, and well-being.

In energy healing, recognizing and aligning with our Dharma can be a powerful part of the healing process. It can help us release patterns that no longer serve us, make choices that support our well-being, and move towards a state of wholeness and fulfillment.

For more information on Dharma, you might find this article from my website helpful: Dharma.

Devatas and Nagas: Celestial healing intelligences

Devatas and Nagas as distinct types of subtle beings that play important roles in the functioning of the universe. They are ancient beings accessed by awareness between the emotional and astral bodies, between present self and permanent Self.

Devatas are sparks of intelligence in Nature. They maintain both the structure and health of all life forms on this planet They are not bound by space or time and can work at any dimension of the Universe. In the human body, these devic intelligences construct our bodies while in utero and remain with us throughout our lifetime to support health. You can learn more about Devatas in this article from my website: [Devas](https://www.distanceenergywork.com/knowledge-base/devas/).

Nagas, on the other hand, are a type of being often associated with water and serpentine energy. They are considered protectors of the Earth and its natural resources. In some traditions, they are seen as guardians of treasure—both material wealth and spiritual wisdom. Interactions with Nagas can bring about profound healing and transformation, but they also require respect and careful handling.

Digestive Organs

The liver, gallbladder, spleen, stomach, kidneys, pancreas and gut. In the context of energy healing, I view the digestive organs not just as physical entities responsible for processing food, but also as energetic centers that play a crucial role in our overall and well-being.

Each in the digestive system, from the mouth and esophagus to the stomach, intestines, and colon, has its own unique energetic signature. These organs are not only involved in the physical digestion of food, but also in the ‘digestion’ of experiences, emotions, and energies that we encounter in our lives.

When the energy flow in these organs is balanced and unobstructed, it can support optimal physical digestion, nutrient absorption, and waste elimination. It can also help us process and integrate our experiences more effectively, contributing to emotional balance and mental clarity.

DNA

In the context of energy healing, I perceive DNA not just as a physical molecule that carries our genetic information, but also as an energetic blueprint that holds the potential for our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual development. It is the physical presence of the intelligence of our ancestors, and sits between one’s self and physical form, a bridge to Source, and expresses form explicitly and functions implicitly.

DNA is like a library of information that determines our physical characteristics and influences many aspects of our health and. However, from an energetic perspective, DNA can also be seen as a conduit for divine intelligence, carrying the codes for our highest potential.

In energy healing, we can work with the energy of DNA to support healing and transformation. tor align more closely with our innate blueprint for health and well-being.

For more detailed information on DNA and energy healing, you might find this article from my website helpful: DNA.

Ego/Sense of Self

In the context of energy healing, the ego not as an enemy to be vanquished, but as a necessary aspect of our human experience. The ego, or the sense of individual self, provides us with a unique perspective from which to engage with the world. It allows us to have personal experiences and learn lessons that contribute to our growth and evolution.

Ego is unlimited in its range–from individual to universal to unbounded Being. But ego can be limited by identifying with discordant feelings that surround a knot of karma.

Shifting perspective from the individual self to Universal Self provides vast resources of energy, wisdom, and understanding. Health of ego determines the ratio of personal to impersonal God that we experience. Self-placement on the spectrum of ego (individual  to universal) will either accentuate or subdue various feelings.

Problems can arise when we become overly identified with our ego-self, forgetting our deeper, more expansive nature. This can lead to feelings of separation, fear, and limitation, and can create energetic blockages that hinder our health and well-being.

In energy healing, we work to bring the ego into alignment with our higher Self—the part of us that is connected to all of life and embodies qualities such as love, wisdom, and peace. This involves practices that help us loosen our identification with the ego, cultivate self-awareness, and expand our sense of self.

For more detailed information on the ego and the sense of self in energy healing, you might find this article from my website helpful: Ego.

Elements

In the context of energy healing, the five elements, understood in the ancient, rather than the modern sense of the word—are Earth, Water, Fire Air, and Space (or Ether) – They are the fundamental energetic building blocks of the universe.

These elements are not just physical substances, but also represent different types of energy and consciousness that make up our bodies, our environment, and the entire cosmos.

Each element has its own unique qualities:

– Earth represents stability, solidity, and nourishment.

– Water symbolizes fluidity, emotion, and adaptability.

– Fire signifies transformation, metabolism, and illumination.

– Air embodies movement, intellect, and freedom.

– Space or Ether stands for expansiveness, potentiality, and the container for all other elements.

In energy healing, we work with these elemental energies to bring balance and harmony to our being. For instance, if someone is feeling ungrounded or scattered, we might work with the Earth element to help them feel more stable and centered. Or if someone is feeling stuck or stagnant, we might work with the Fire element to stimulate transformation and change.

For more detailed information on the five elements and energy healing, you might find this article from my website helpful: Five Elements.

Energy

In the context of energy healing, energy is the fundamental life force that permeates existence. It’s not just a physical phenomenon, but also a vital, dynamic force that underlies and connects all things.

Energy can be seen as the bridge between our physical bodies and our consciousness or spirit. It flows through and around us, influencing our physical health, our emotions, our thoughts, and our spiritual well-being.

In energy healing, we work with this life force to promote balance, harmony, and well-being, and help clear blockages, balance energy flow, and strengthen our connection to this vital force.

Energy Healing

Energy healing, also known as energy work, is a process that intelligently directs attention to the origins of illness or concern with the intention to promote healing. This allows the body’s own intelligence to transform the seed of discomfort. The source of the suffering then dissolves, and the area which it occupied then takes on the form of the original intention of health. It’s a simple, non-invasive process that can be learned and practiced by anyone.

Energy healing can activate or heal any part of the body by integrating self-perception with the truth of your pure divine potential.  Using attention to gently shift the orientation of the causal forms/energies gives rise to improvement on the surface/physical expressions of life. It is a process of Redefining self in terms of Wholeness

Energy healing is based on two main principles:

1. Presence of God/Divine Intelligence: The universe exists in layers. There is a non-changing, eternal level of God which is beyond all exists in time and space. And there is also a level of this Divine Intelligence residing within each of us. That level changes as we change, and it evolves as we evolve. A beautiful web of life connects all parts of creation to each other, allowing us to heal across dimensions of space and time.

2. The Continuum of the Body: The intelligence of nature is found everywhere, from the finest abstract level of life to the most physical level. This intelligence orchestrates the healing process, and as we gain facility with it, the process of healing gains momentum and stability.

Evolution/Will of God

In the context of energy healing, evolution is the natural, ongoing process of growth and expansion that is inherent in all of life. It’s a journey towards greater complexity, integration, and consciousness, driven by the divine intelligence or the will of God.

The will of God  is not an external force that imposes its will upon us, but rather the innate impulse within each of us to evolve, grow, and realize our full potential. It’s the guiding principle that leads us towards greater health, wholeness, and fulfillment.

In energy healing, we align ourselves with this evolutionary impulse and the will of God to facilitate healing and transformation. This might involve practices that help us tune into this divine intelligence, clear energetic blockages that hinder our growth, and support our body’s natural healing processes.

For more detailed information on evolution and the will of God in energy healing, you might find this article from my website helpful: Evolution.

Flower of Life: The 64 point Matrix

In the context of energy healing, the Flower of Life Matrix, or the 64-Point Matrix, as a powerful energetic structure that represents the fundamental patterns of creation. It’s a sacred geometrical pattern that consists of multiple overlapping circles arranged in a flower-like pattern.

This matrix is believed to contain the blueprint for all life, encoding the laws of the universe and the interconnectedness of all things. Each point within the matrix can be seen as a node of consciousness or awareness, and the lines connecting these points represent the flow of energy or information between them.

In energy healing, working with the Flower of Life Matrix can involve practices aimed at aligning ourselves with these universal patterns, activating dormant potentials within our energy field, and facilitating deep healing and transformation.

For more detailed information on the Flower of Life Matrix, you might find this article from my website helpful: Flower of Life Matrix.

Fractal

In the context of energy healing, a fractal is a pattern that repeats itself at different scales, both in the physical world and in the realm of consciousness. These patterns are self-similar, meaning they look the same no matter how much you zoom in or out.

Fractals can be seen in many aspects of nature, from the branching of trees to the spirals of galaxies. In the realm of consciousness, fractal patterns can represent recurring themes or lessons in our lives, or the way certain energies or experiences manifest at different levels of our being.

In energy healing, recognizing and working with these fractal patterns can provide deep insights into our health, our behaviors, and our spiritual journey. By understanding the patterns that are at play in our lives, we can begin to shift them in ways that support our healing and growth.

For more information on fractals, you might find this article from my website helpful: Fractals.

Full Human Potential

Our full human potential is the highest expression of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual capacities It’s not just about achieving optimal health or mastering certain skills, but also about realizing our innate wholeness, our interconnectedness with all of life, and our capacity to live in alignment with our deepest truths. It is living divine intention through every impulse and experience.

Our full human potential involves recognizing and embodying our divine nature. It’s about becoming fully present, conscious, and compassionate beings who are capable of creating meaningful, fulfilling lives and contributing positively to the world around us.

In energy healing, we work to remove the blockages and limitations that prevent us from realizing our full potential. This might involve practices that help us release old patterns, heal past traumas, balance our energy systems, and cultivate a deeper connection with our true selves.

It’s important to note that my understanding of our full human potential may differ from others. Each person’s journey towards realizing their full potential is unique and deeply personal. I encourage you to explore this concept further and see how it resonates with your own experiences and aspirations.

For more detailed information on our full human potential, you might find this article from my website helpful: Human Potential.

Fundamentals of Divinity

In the context of energy healing, the fundamentals of divinity as the essential qualities or principles that underlie our spiritual nature and our connection to the Divine. These are qualities such as love, compassion, mercy, wisdom, peace, and joy, as well as principles such as interconnectedness, wholeness, and the inherent sacredness of all life.

These fundamentals of divinity are not just abstract concepts, but living realities that we can experience directly in our own consciousness. They are the foundation of our being, the source of our healing power, and the guiding principles for our spiritual journey.

In energy healing, we work to align ourselves with these fundamentals of divinity, cultivating these qualities within ourselves and expressing them in our lives. This can involve practices such as energy healing, meditation, visualization, affirmation, and hands-on healing, as well as the cultivation of virtues such as kindness, gratitude, and forgiveness.

For more detailed information on the fundamentals of divinity, you might find this article from my website helpful: Fundamentals of Divinity.

The Gap Between the Manifest and Unmanifest

The gap between the manifest creation and the unmanifest Source of creation is a point of infinite potentiality. It’s where pure consciousness, the unmanifest, gives rise to all that is manifest or material. This transition from the unmanifest to the manifest happens at the most abstract level of creation, between what I refer to as the Ocean of Being and the causal level of creation.

From deeper than the causal level, the eternal light of the unmanifest Source of creation rises first to the most abstract level of manifestation. There it experiences the first boundaries of the material world. These boundaries form the regions of the causal field. The light of Being hums in the causal regions, forming the structure upon which the Universe is built.

This gap is not empty but filled with the hum of life, the vibration of existence itself. It’s a space of pure knowledge, where the blueprint of all that exists in the manifest world resides. It’s also the space where healing begins, as it contains the resources to illuminate the cosmic reason for a symptom or imbalance one may be experiencing.

In energy healing, we access this space to promote healing and transformation. By bringing awareness to this level, we can influence the patterns and structures at the causal level, effecting change in the more manifest levels of our being.

For more on this, you might find my article on Healing Space – How to Activate helpful. It provides a deeper exploration of these concepts.

God

How can one define what is beyond definition? In the context of energy healing, I perceive God as the infinite, eternal source of all. God is the unmanifest field of pure consciousness from which everything in the manifest world arises. This Divine intelligence orchestrates the laws of nature and governs all processes of growth and evolution.

God is not separate from us but is intimately connected with every aspect of our being. We are expressions of this Divine intelligence, and it resides within us as our deepest, most essential self. In energy healing, we tap into this inner divinity to activate our innate healing potential.

God is also the ultimate healer. While I may facilitate the process of energy healing, it is this Divine intelligence that truly brings about transformation and healing. IGod knows precisely what is needed for each individual’s highest good and can guide the healing process in ways that are beyond the grasp of the human intellect.

It’s important to note that this understanding of God is not tied to any specific religious or spiritual tradition. It’s a universal concept that can be appreciated regardless of one’s personal beliefs or spiritual orientation.

For more insights on this, you might find my article on [Divine Dialogue](https://www.distanceenergywork.com/knowledge-base/divine-dialogue/) enlightening. It delves into the process of communicating with this divine intelligence for healing and personal growth.

Grace

Grace as the benevolent, loving force of the Divine that guides and supports our healing journey. It’s an unearned gift, a divine assistance that flows freely from the Source of all creation to us.

Grace is the gentle hand of the Divine that helps us navigate through our healing process, often making our journey smoother and more manageable. It can manifest in various ways – as sudden insights, synchronicities, or even miraculous healings.

When we open ourselves to receive this divine grace, we allow the intelligence of the universe to work on our behalf, guiding us towards balance and wholeness. Grace can bring about profound transformations that might seem impossible through human efforts alone.

It’s important to note that grace is always available to us. It’s not something we have to earn or deserve. It’s a constant, ever-present aspect of the Divine, ready to assist us whenever we open ourselves to receive it.

For a deeper understanding of this concept, you might find my article on Grace helpful. It explores the role of grace in the healing process and offers practical tips on how to open ourselves to receive it.

Gunas

The gunas are the three fundamental qualities or modes of nature that underlie all of creation. These are Sattva (purity, knowledge, and harmony), Rajas (activity, passion, and change), and Tamas (inertia, ignorance, and darkness).

These gunas are present in varying degrees in all things and beings, and their interplay determines the nature of our experiences, our behaviors, and even our health.

In energy healing, we aim to balance these gunas within ourselves. An excess or deficiency of any one guna can lead to imbalances and disharmony. For instance, an excess of Tamas might manifest as lethargy or depression, while an excess of Rajas could lead to restlessness or anxiety.

By bringing awareness to these underlying qualities, we can begin to shift and balance them, promoting greater harmony and well-being. The ultimate goal is to cultivate more Sattva, which supports clarity, health, and spiritual growth.

For a deeper exploration of this concept, you might find my article on Gunas insightful. It delves into the nature of the gunas and their role in our lives and our healing journey.

Healing

In the context of energy healing, healing as a process of returning to wholeness. It’s about restoring balance and harmony at all levels of our being – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.Healing is the byproduct of the integration of divinity with the body It is rooted in the evolution of the sense of Self as unseparated from the Divine.

Healing not just about alleviating symptoms or curing diseases, although these can be important aspects of the process. It’s about addressing the root causes of our imbalances, which often lie at deeper, subtler levels of our existence.

In energy healing, we use our attention, intention, and awareness to access these deeper levels. We work with the subtle and intelligences within us to transform the seeds of discomfort or disease, allowing health and well-being to naturally emerge.

Healing is also a journey of self-discovery and self-mastery. It’s about learning to navigate our inner landscape, understanding the laws of nature that govern our health and well-being, and harnessing our innate healing potential.

Above all, healing is a process of awakening to our true nature as spiritual beings in an infinitely expanding creation. It’s about realizing our inherent divinity and living in alignment with it.

For more insights on this, you might find my article on What Is Energy Healing? helpful. It provides a comprehensive overview of energy healing and its role in promoting health and well-being.

Heuristic

In the context of energy healing, heuristic as a problem-solving approach that uses self education and self-discovery to gain insights and promote healing. It’s about learning from our own experiences and using this to navigate our healing journey.

A heuristic approach in energy healing might involve observing our own patterns, behaviors, and responses, and using these observations to understand the underlying causes of our imbalances. It’s about becoming our own healers, learning to listen to our bodies, and trusting our intuition.

This approach encourages us to take an active role in our healing process. It empowers us to make informed decisions about our health and well-being, based on our unique experiences and insights.

It’s important to note that while a heuristic approach can be incredibly valuable, it’s also essential to seek professional guidance when needed. Energy healing is a complementary modality that can work alongside conventional healthcare, not replace it.

For more on this, you might find my article on Heuristic enlightening. It delves into the role of heuristic in the healing process and offers practical tips on how to cultivate this approach.

Illusion

In the context of energy healing  illusion, often referred to as Maya in Vedic traditions, is the misperception or misunderstanding of our true nature and the nature of reality. It’s the veil obscures our perception of the underlying unity and interconnectedness of all things. Illusion is.the principle tool of destructive or malevolent energies in nature.

Illusion can manifest as the belief in separation – the idea that we are separate, isolated entities rather than integral parts of a unified whole. It can also manifest as identification with the transient aspects of our being, such as our bodies, thoughts, and emotions, rather than with our true, eternal self.

In energy healing, we work to dispel these illusions, to see beyond the surface appearances and perceive the deeper truths. This involves expanding our awareness, refining our perception, and aligning ourselves with the laws of nature that govern the universe.

As we dispel illusion, we begin to experience our true nature as pure consciousness, and we realize our inherent wholeness and perfection. This can bring about profound healing and transformation, as we let go of limiting beliefs and patterns and embrace our true potential.

For a deeper exploration of this concept, you might find my article on Illusion insightful. It delves into the nature of illusion and its role in our lives and our healing journey

Kalabhairava

Kalabhairava as an aspect of divine consciousness located in the causal field that represents the transformational power of time. Kalabhairava is often associated with the fierce form of Lord Shiva in Hindu tradition, who is known for his power to dissolve and transform all things.

Kalabhairava’s energy is about cutting through illusion, ignorance, and negativity. It’s about facing our fears, embracing change, and allowing old patterns and beliefs to be transformed. This energy can be invoked when we need support to make significant changes or to let go of what no longer serves us.

In energy healing, working with the energy of Kalabhairava can help accelerate our healing process. It can help us break free from old patterns and beliefs that are holding us back and open us up to new possibilities and potentials.

It’s important to approach this energy with respect and reverence, as it can bring about profound and sometimes intense transformations. But when approached with sincerity and openness, it can be a powerful ally on our healing journey.

For more insights on this, you might find my article on Kalabhairava helpful. It provides a deeper exploration of this aspect of divine consciousness and its role in healing and transformation.

Karma

Karma is the law of cause and effect that governs all actions and experiences. It’s the principle that every action – whether physical, mental, or emotional – has a corresponding reaction.

Karma is often misunderstood as a system of punishment or reward, but it’s more accurately seen as a mechanism of learning and growth. It provides feedback on our actions, helping us understand the consequences of our choices and guiding us towards actions that promote harmony and well-being.

In energy healing, we work with karma energetically at subtle levels of reality as well as by bringing awareness to the patterns and tendencies that are creating imbalance in our lives. We can then consciously choose to transform these patterns, thereby changing our karmic trajectory.

It’s important to note that while we cannot change the past, we can influence how past karma affects us in the present and future. By aligning ourselves with the laws of nature and acting from a place of love and wisdom, we can soften the impact of past karma and create positive karma for the future.

For a deeper understanding of this concept, you might find my article on Karma insightful. It explores the nature of karma and its role in our lives and our healing journey.

Light Medicine

In the context of energy healing,a light medicine is a form of healing that works with the subtle, luminous aspects of our being. It’s based on the understanding that we are not just physical bodies, but multidimensional beings of light. Light medicines are standard tools of energy healing, self-produced through consciousness alone .

Light medicine involves working with these subtle dimensions of our existence to promote healing and transformation. This can include working with our energy field or aura, our chakras, and other subtle bodies. It can also involve working with the light of consciousness itself, which is the source of all healing.

We use our awareness, intention, and inner vision to direct healing light to areas of imbalance or disharmony. This light can dissolve blockages, restore balance, and illuminate the underlying causes of physical, emotional, or mental issues.

It’s important to note that using light medicine is not about imposing our will or forcing change. Instead, it’s about aligning ourselves with the natural laws of the universe and allowing the healing process to unfold in its own perfect timing.

For more insights on this, you might find my article on Light Medicine helpful. It provides a deeper exploration of this form of healing and offers practical tips on how to work with light for healing and transformation.

Love

Love is the fundamental force that underlies all of creation. It’s the binding energy that connects us all, and it’s the driving force behind all healing and growth. It is the catalyst that engages truth for healing and grace for expansion.

Love is not just an emotion, but a state of being. It’s about recognizing the inherent worth and divinity in all things and responding with kindness, compassion, and respect. It’s about seeing beyond the surface appearances and perceiving the underlying unity and interconnectedness of all life.

In energy healing, we tap into this force of love to facilitate healing. Love has the power to dissolve barriers, transform resistance, and bring about profound shifts in our consciousness. When we approach our healing journey with love, we create a space of safety and acceptance where deep healing can occur.

It’s important to note that love in this context is unconditional. It’s not dependent on circumstances or conditions. It’s a constant, ever-present aspect of our true nature, ready to be accessed at any moment.

For a deeper understanding of this concept, you might find my article on Love enjoyable. It explores the role of love in the healing process and offers practical tips on how to cultivate this quality in our lives.

Manifest

In the context of energy healing, manifest is all that is perceivable and tangible in our universe. It includes everything from the physical world around us to the thoughts and emotions we experience internally, as well as the subtle collective layers of creation–the astral and causal levels.

Manifest creation arises from the unmanifest field of pure consciousness, which is the source of all that exists. This process of manifestation involves the transformation of pure consciousness into the myriad forms and phenomena we experience in our lives.

In energy healing, we work with both the manifest and unmanifest aspects of creation. We recognize that our physical bodies, thoughts, and emotions (the manifest) are deeply connected to and influenced by the underlying field of consciousness (the unmanifest).

By bringing awareness to this connection, we can influence the manifest aspects of our being from the level of the unmanifest. This allows us to address the root causes of imbalances and promote deep, lasting healing.

For a deeper exploration of this concept, you might find my article on Manifest Creation useful.

Matrix/Matrices

In the context of energy healing, a matrix as a structured field or framework that underlies and supports our physical, mental, and emotional existence. It’s like a blueprint or scaffolding that guides the organization and function of our being.

A matrix can be personal, relating to an individual’s unique energetic structure, or collective, relating to larger groups, communities, or even the entire universe. These matrices are dynamic and responsive, changing and evolving in response to our experiences, intentions, and actions.

In energy healing, we work with these matrices to promote healing and transformation. By bringing awareness to our personal matrix, we can identify and transform patterns that are causing imbalance or disharmony. We can also tap into collective matrices to draw upon shared resources and wisdom.

These subtle structures, usually immune to corruption, anchor ideal form at problem sources, promote molecular joy, enhance our sacred healing space. They are energy healing tools which organize the threads of awareness into sacred patterns. They are made of threads, nodes and spaces, can be intentionally placed anywhere in the body through directed attention, and dissolved when not needed.

For more insights on this, you might find my article on Matrix helpful.

Mental Body see Density

Mitochondria

Mitochondria are vital powerhouses within our cells. They are responsible for producing energy in the form of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which fuels all cellular activities. They come from  our maternal lineage and help produce soma.

From an energy healing perspective, mitochondria can be seen as a bridge between the physical and subtle levels of our being. They convert physical nutrients into energy, but they also interact with the subtle life force or prana that permeates our bodies.

When our energy flow is balanced and unobstructed, our mitochondria function optimally, supporting robust health and vitality. However, when there are blockages or imbalances in our energy field, this can impact mitochondrial function, potentially leading to fatigue, illness, or disease.

Through energy healing, we can work to clear these blockages and restore balance, thereby supporting our mitochondria and overall cellular health. This process involves not only addressing physical factors such as diet and lifestyle, but also exploring deeper layers of our being, including our emotions, thoughts, and spiritual connection.

Mother Divine

Mother Divine is the creative, nurturing aspect of the universe. She is the source of all forms and phenomena, the matrix from which everything arises and to which everything returns. All-loving, Her expression includes all and the core of everyone’s soul. Working from this level of self is the safest, most effective means of achieving one’s healing goals. Mother Divine represents the loving, nurturing, and supportive energies that underlie all of creation.

In energy healing, we can connect with Mother Divine to support our healing process. By attuning ourselves to her nurturing energy, we can facilitate the flow of healing energy within our bodies and minds. This can help us to release blockages, balance our energy, and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

It’s important to note that Mother Divine is not separate from us – she is part of our own nature. We are all expressions of the divine, and by connecting with Mother Divine, we are essentially connecting with our own deepest, most authentic selves..

Perception

Perception is awareness filtered through the five senses, mind, intellect and ego; ranges from gross to the subtlest level of the causal field, the process by which we interpret and make sense of the sensory information we receive from our environment. It’s not just about passively receiving data, but actively interpreting and understanding it based on our past experiences, our current state of mind, and our expectations for the future. Perception is a complex process that involves both the physical senses and the mind. It’s how we construct our own reality, and it can vary greatly from person to person. It’s important to remember that our perceptions are not always an accurate reflection of objective reality, but rather a subjective interpretation of it. This understanding can help us to be more open-minded and compassionate towards others, as we recognize that they may perceive the world differently than we do.

Physical Body see Density

Pineal Gland

In the context of energy healing, the pineal gland is a significant organ that plays a crucial role in our spiritual and physical health. It’s often referred to as the “third eye” due to its association with intuition, insight, and inner wisdom.

The pineal gland produces melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep patterns and circadian rhythms. It is seen as a gateway to higher states of consciousness and spiritual experiences.

When our energy is balanced and flowing freely, the pineal gland can function optimally, supporting not only our physical health but also our spiritual growth and development. However, if there are blockages or imbalances in our energy field, this can impact the functioning of the pineal gland, potentially leading to various health issues and a diminished sense of spiritual connection.

Through energy healing, we can work to clear these blockages and restore balance, thereby supporting the health and function of the pineal gland. This involves not only addressing physical factors, but also exploring deeper layers of our being, including our emotions, thoughts, and spiritual connection.

Planets

In the context of energy healing, planets have powerful influences that can affect our subtle energy bodies. Each planet emits its own unique vibrational frequency, and these frequencies can interact with our own personal energy field.

Planets are not just physical bodies in space; they also have a subtle, energetic aspect. They can be seen as living entities, each with their own unique qualities and characteristics. For example, Mars is often associated with energy, drive, and assertiveness, while Venus is associated with love, beauty, and harmony.

These planetary energies can influence us on many levels – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. They can affect our moods, our health, our thoughts, and even our spiritual development.

Through energy healing, we can work to harmonize our own energy with the energies of the planets. This involves tuning into the unique frequencies of each planet and integrating these frequencies into our own energy field in a balanced and harmonious way.

This process can help us to align ourselves with the natural rhythms of the universe, promoting balance, well-being, and spiritual growth. It’s a fascinating area of exploration, and one that can add a rich dimension to our understanding of energy healing.

Pure Consciousness

Pure consciousness as the fundamental essence of all that exists. It is the unmanifest field of potential from which all forms and phenomena arise.

Pure consciousness is not something separate from us; rather, it is our very essence. It is the silent witness within us, the part of us that observes and experiences but remains unchanged. It is the source of our being, the wellspring of our creativity, and the foundation of our inner peace.

In energy healing, we tap into this field of pure consciousness to facilitate healing and transformation. By attuning ourselves to the frequency of pure consciousness, we can access a level of wisdom and understanding that transcends our ordinary mind. This can help us to release blockages, balance our energy, and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Connecting with pure consciousness is not a matter of reaching out to something external, but rather of turning inward and recognizing our own true nature. It is a process of self-discovery and self-realization, a journey into the deepest layers of our being.

Pure Potential

Pure potential is the essence of who we are at the deepest level, beyond our physical form and personal identity.

In energy healing, we tap into this field of pure potential to facilitate healing and transformation. By aligning ourselves with the frequency of our own pure potential, we can access a level of creativity and power that transcends our ordinary capabilities. This can help us to release blockages, balance our energy, and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Connecting with our pure potential is not a matter of reaching out to something external, but rather of turning inward and recognizing our own true nature. It is a process of self-discovery and self-realization, a journey into the deepest layers of our being.

Ritam

Ritam is that state of inner awareness where Truth dawns. It is the ability to function from this level enables specific manifestation.

Ritam is the rhythm or pattern that underlies all processes and phenomena in the universe, from the cycles of nature to the functioning of our own bodies. It represents the harmonious flow of life, the perfect balance of all elements and forces.

In energy healing, we align ourselves with Ritam to facilitate healing and transformation. By attuning ourselves to this cosmic rhythm, we can bring our own energy into harmony with the natural order of the universe. This can help us to release blockages, balance our energy, and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Sacred Healing Space

The sacred healing space is a place of compassion and willingness to heal which attracts healing resources. It is accessed via our heart, and is a place of safety, a region of consciousness where healing is optimized. It’s nested within the larger space of your pure potential – in other words, within the blueprint of who you really are and are becoming.

The laws of Nature in this space support purification, integration, and growth. Thus, accessing this space is an essential tool for effective-healing.

This healing space contains the resources to illuminate the cosmic reason for a symptom or imbalance you may be experiencing. Recognition of the cosmic reason is a fundamental key to complete healing.

The sacred healing space exists at the causal level of the body. The eternal light of the unmanifest Source of creation rises first to the most abstract level of manifestation, the causal level. There it experiences the first boundaries of the material world. These boundaries form the regions of the causal field. The light of Being hums in the causal regions, forming the structure upon which the Universe is built.

Scan

When I use the term “scan” during a healing session, I’m referring to the process of using my refined perception to intuitively assess the state of a person’s energy field. This involves tuning into the various layers of their being – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual to identify any imbalances or blockages that may be present.

A scan can provide valuable insights into the root causes of a person’s health issues or life challenges. It allows me to see beyond the surface symptoms and understand the deeper dynamics at play. This information can then guide the healing process, helping to ensure that it addresses the person’s needs at the most fundamental level.

It’s important to note that a scan is not a medical diagnosis. It’s a holistic assessment that takes into account not only physical factors, but also emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of a person’s being.

Sense of Self see Ego

Mist

When I refer to “the mist” between the causal and astral levels of creation, I’m speaking about a subtle transition zone in our consciousness. This is a space where the unmanifest potential of the causal level begins to take on form and structure at the astral level.

The causal level of creation is the most abstract, unmanifest level of our being. It’s the realm of pure potential, where all possibilities exist. The astral level, on the other hand, is a more manifest level, where these possibilities begin to take on specific forms and structures.

The “mist” that is seen between these two levels represents the process of manifestation itself. It’s the space where the infinite possibilities of the causal level begin to condense into the specific forms and phenomena of the astral level.

Soma

Soma is a very refined substance that is produced in the physiology during certain states of consciousness, particularly during deep meditation. Soma is described in the ancient Vedic texts as a nectar of the gods, and it’s associated with experiences of bliss, enlightenment, and the opening of the heart. It is the finest product of human digestion and metabolism.

In the context of energy healing, soma can be seen as a kind of spiritual elixir that nourishes all levels of our being – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It helps the healing process by promoting balance, harmony, and wholeness. Where attention flows, soma flows.

The production of soma within the body can be stimulated through practices such as meditation, yoga, and pranayama (breath control), as well as through certain dietary and lifestyle choices. When we cultivate a state of inner silence, openness, and receptivity, we create the conditions for soma to be produced.

It’s important to note that soma is not a physical substance that can be measured or quantified in the usual sense. Rather, it’s a subtle essence that can be perceived and experienced directly through our refined awareness.

Soul

The soul is the eternal, unchanging aspect of our being. The soul is our true essence, the part of us that remains constant and unaltered despite the changes and fluctuations of our physical existence.

The soul is not confined to our physical body or personal identity. It is a spark of the Divine, a fragment of the universal consciousness from which all life arises. It is the source of our inner wisdom, our capacity for love and compassion, and our innate sense of connection with all of creation.

In the context of energy healing, the soul plays a crucial role. It is the source of our healing power, and it provides the guiding light that directs the healing process. By aligning ourselves with our soul, we can tap into a deep wellspring of healing energy and wisdom.

Connecting with our soul is not a matter of reaching out to something external, but rather of turning inward and recognizing our own deepest, most authentic self. It is a journey of self-discovery and self-realization, a process of coming home to who we truly are.

Thymus

The thymus is a gland located just behind the sternum and between the lungs, and it is crucial for the development of a robust immune system.

From an energetic perspective, the thymus is often associated with the heart chakra, which is the center of love, compassion, and spiritual connection. When the thymus is energetically balanced, it can help to foster a sense of inner peace, love, and interconnectedness, which are all essential elements for holistic healing.

The thymus also plays a role in our body’s response to stress. When we’re stressed, the thymus can shrink, and this can affect our immune response. Through energy healing, we can work to balance the energy of the thymus, helping to support its function and our overall well being.

Transcend

When I speak about transcending, I’m referring to the process of going beyond our ordinary, surface level of consciousness to experience deeper, more subtle levels of awareness, and to arrive at the silent source of thought. This is a journey inward, moving from the active, thinking mind to quieter levels of the mind until the state of pure consciousness or Being is experienced.

Transcending is not about escaping or avoiding our human experience, but rather expanding our awareness to include both relative, changing aspects of life and the unchanging, absolute level of existence. It’s about integrating these two aspects of our reality to live a more balanced, fulfilling life.

In this state of transcendence, we can experience profound peace, bliss, and a sense of oneness with all of creation. After contact with our Source, we can also gain insights and understanding that can help us navigate our lives with greater wisdom and compassion.

Transcending is a natural process that can be facilitated through practices such as meditation, energy healing, and other spiritual practices. However, it’s important to approach this journey with patience, kindness towards oneself, an open mind, and qualified teachers.

Truth

Truth is not subjective or relative, but absolute and unchanging. It’s the fundamental nature of who we are and the in which we live. It is valid for all people and all times, and is one of the four principles of dharma–the only one intact in Kali Yuga, our current age.

Truth is also about authenticity and integrity. It’s about being true to, living in alignment with our deepest values and principles, and expressing ourselves honestly and openly.

However, while truth itself is absolute, our understanding and expression of it can be influenced by our personal experiences, cultural background, and spirituality. Therefore, it’s important to approach our search for truth with humility, openness, and a willingness to question our assumptions and beliefs.

In the context of energy healing, truth can be seen as the natural state of harmony and balance that exists when we are aligned with our true nature and the flow of life. Healing, in this sense, is about removing the blocks and distortions that prevent us from experiencing and expressing this truth.

Vedic Science

When I refer to Vedic Science, I’m speaking about the ancient body of knowledge that originates from the Vedic tradition of India. This tradition is thousands of years old and includes a wide range of disciplines such as philosophy, meditation, yoga, Ayurveda, astrology, and more. Although Vedic Science originated in India, it can be practically applied by anyone, anywhere in the world.

Vedic Science is not just about intellectual understanding, but about direct experience. It provides practical techniques, such as meditation, to experience deeper levels of consciousness and unfold our full potential. It offers insights into the nature of reality, the self, and the cosmos, and it provides guidelines for living in harmony with natural law.

In the context of energy healing, Vedic Science can provide valuable insights into the subtle energies and laws of nature that govern health and well-being. It can help us understand how to balance these energies and align ourselves with these laws to support healing and spiritual growth.

However, while I draw upon Vedic Science in my work, my approach is not limited to any one tradition or system of knowledge. I respect all spiritual traditions and seek to integrate wisdom from various sources in a way that is inclusive, holistic, and beneficial for all.

Web of Life

When I refer to the “web of life” at the astral level of creation, I’m speaking about a subtle, energetic framework that underlies our physical reality. The astral level is one of many layers of existence, more refined than our physical and emotional levels, but denser than the causal or celestial levels. The web of life in the astral field includes akashic record and wisdom archives, including the tree of life, light medicines, and soul family trees.

At the astral level, everything is interconnected through threads of consciousness or awareness. These threads form a vast, intricate web that links all beings and all aspects of creation. This is the web of life at the astral level.

These threads of consciousness carry information, energy, and influence between different parts of the web. They are like the pathways along which our thoughts, feelings, intentions, and actions can travel, affecting both our personal reality and the wider world.

In the context of energy healing, working with the web of life at the astral level can involve identifying and addressing imbalances in these threads of consciousness. By healing these imbalances, we can support not only our own well-being, but also contribute to the harmony of the whole.

Wholeness

Wholeness in the context of energy healing means that everything in the universe is part of a single, unified whole. This includes not only the physical world that we can see and touch, but also the unseen realms of energy, consciousness, and the unmanifest Source of creation. Living this wholeness brings health, balance, and the realization of the full potential of life.

The wholeness of creation is not just a collection of separate parts, but a dynamic, interconnected system. Each part of this system is intimately connected to every other part, and each plays a unique role in the larger.

From this perspective, there are no isolated events or independent entities. Everything that happens, every being that exists, is part of the unfolding of the whole. Our individual lives and experiences are expressions of this greater wholeness.

In the context of energy healing, recognizing the wholeness of creation can help us understand that our health and well-being are not just about our individual bodies or minds. They are also deeply connected to the health and well-being of our communities, our planet, and the entire cosmos.
