How to Make Light Medicine

Simple Procedure for Making Light Medicine (Healing Water)

Make this wonderful light medicine, also known as healing water, yourself for free. Make it as often as you wish in your home, or anywhere else. But if you feel like sharing it, please teach others, rather than making it for them. You can also also make it for plants, pets or those who can’t produce it for themselves.

Is light medince simple to make? You bet! Here’s how:

Time needed: 2 minutes.

How to Make Light Medicine (Healing Water)

  1. Pour pure water in a cup and hold the cup.

Hold a cup with some water in your hands. Any amount of water is fine, but not tea or other liquid.

  2. Quietly ask your highest, inner intelligence to make the medicine you need.

Moreover, you can specify the part of the body or condition for which the medicine will be used. This works because your God Presence is instructing your causal body to create the substance that will heal you. The medicine is made at the level of the Causal body and transmitted to the heart.

  3. You will feel an upwelling of energy in the heart region.

This feeling is the light medicine accumulating in preparation to be consumed. Allow this process to continue until the heart feels quite full.

  4. With your attention and intention, direct the feeling from the heart, down the arms, through the hands and into the water.

  5. Drink the water.

You are consuming not only water, but the subtle healing substance created by your own Causal body.

  6. Enjoy!

You may do this as many times as you like. Moreover, the waters retain the sweetness of your light even after passing through the body. Our ability to make this healing water for ourselves is validated by the work of Dr. Emoto who has verified that water can hold feelings.
