The word Download refers to a natural process of receiving Divine guidance, and vast amounts of information very quickly.
Normally our awareness is in the area of the conscious mind. Now, take a moment and switch that awareness over to just the body. When you feel the awareness into the body, first you feel the physicality of the body. So what we are going to do next is feel the knowledge archive of the body. In other words, it’s a switch from consciousness mind to awareness of the body, and then to body awareness itself.
Your body is a literally a knowledge archive of information. Every single divine cognition you’ve ever received comes from here, whether your conscious mind was aware of it or not. So feel the knowledge archive aspect of the body. It’s a holding ground of wisdom.
Downloads can come from any of the many subtle levels of our spirit body. We can receive downloads from our emotional body, or other layers that make up who we are. However, only downloads from the Divine Self carry with them codes, carry with them energy structures that communicate our highest potential.
